Timeout before disconnect needs increased. Great product, keep up the good work. BUT: - Connecting to a remote machine when the remote network is busy causes the connection to consistently drop making anydesk unusable. Using various alternative competitor software manages to keep the connection running. Anydesk is proving to be too fragile at such times and increasing timeouts in line with competitor software would help mitigate the problem. To increase performance over slow network connections it may be worth dropping the remote machines desktop wallpaper as offered in competitor software. This may increase remote desktop render speeds a bit. Also noticed that performance can significantly increase if the original screen size option is selected as opposed to the shrink etc options. when connecting to a machine on a busy network dragging windows using the latter settings can prove to be very very sluggish and near unusable. When connected to the above machine at quieter times the connection holds and anydesk is stable to use.

I have a serious problem regarding these
First I have a Windows 10 Laptop and a Windows 7 Desktop
Before I have a direct connection when using Anydesk and now it seems to be using Anydesk Server to connect between the two and it really is giving me too much frustration as my internet speed is not that fast.
Any fix for these? To add I also tried manually typing IP Addresses and it always gives me an error? any ideas how to fix these?
Thanks in Advance3 votes

I meen to have the possibility of access remotely another computer and stablish a connection with other ports, ex: web (80) FTP (21), etc.
In other words, use AnyDesk like a DynDNS...1 vote
I couldn't find any documentation for the android app, so I'll have to ask: Does the android app support a direct connection through LAN/WLAN via the IP address or host name when no internet is available? And does it always try to establish a direct connection if the remote machine happens to be on the same LAN/WLAN network even if an internet connection is available and the @ad alias was used, just like the desktop client?1 vote
Stop using TCP - it's too slow for an interactive application like this104 votes
We started development on a fast UDP mode and will release it soon.
If the connection disconnects for a few seconds, other apps keep working and AnyDesk disconnects. Make it at least 60 seconds.16 votes
I suggest that anydesk add socksv5 proxy，which can make the connection more stable with stable sockets proxy / VPN，especially user from China to connect to VPC on AWS or something else，I guess you know what I say.1 vote
When ping is just slightly high (100+ ms), video FPS gets severely reduced (seems like less than 10). This shouldn't be the case since there is more than enough bandwidth. Perhaps there should be one option, similar to the ones available now about quality, to enable on a high latency connection for example when you want to watch a video with someone through AnyDesk to try to smooth the video display out instead of trying to display every frame as soon as possible.27 votes
There is still no support for NTLM proxies.
On top of it, because of the way the app is designed, it cannot be proxified correctly using external proxifying applications that ARE compatible with NTLM.
Please implement NTLM support or allow a connection mode that allows external proxifying.9 votes

Use callback connection in case when only initiating device has "white" IP-address or 7070/tcp port forwarded through firewall.
Let's look the situation:
PC1 has "white" IP and 7070/tcp port allowed to connect from the Internet;
PC2 have no routable IP and cannot receive incoming connections;
Thus, PC1 may connect to PC2 only through AnyDesk gateway, while PC2 can estabilish direct connection to PC1.
I suggest to use "callback" mechanism in this circumstances.6 votes
The IT Manager ask for me about the Public IP that uses AnyDesk... i don't know if the Public IP is necesary to create an exception in the firewall...
thanx for your answers.6 votes

after update i got back to older version. ad always have been unstable connection, but that new version got much worse. connection kept breaking after few seconds.. is that due to its original network routines? maybe is it something i coud set up my local windows network in a suitable way for anydesk?1 vote
In some of my customers network no connection can be made, as your security prohibits a connection with Deep Packet Inspection firewall. Please make an option to explicitly allow the connection in case I know that this will happen.
You can hide this option somewhere in a config file, so that noone is "tricked" into clicking an option because he "thinks" he knows, what is going on...1 vote
