I got this error 2 hours ago.
I think the error occurred because the remote PC doesn't allow incoming connection if the AnyDesk window is not open.
My remote PC is Ubuntu and accessed from Windows 10 (client).
In remote PC, I went to General (3 stripes icon) -> Settings -> Security -> Interactive Access -> Choose "Allow Always" instead of "Allow only if AnyDesk is open".

It look like they have a server issue. When I try to connect to the portal, I get a 504 error (bad gateway). Let's hope they fix it soon.
