AnyDesk should work in a network which can only access the Internet through a proxy server.

        for those having win32 10060 error, try to manual config your PC with normal IP, masq, gateway, dns1(same as gateway), dns2 (same ip as your proxy).
        it works for me

        Anydesk is not connecting to the internet. it says "Could not connect to the AnyDesk network (win32_10060)". My internet is fine. Can you guys please help out ?

        As of today, using version 3.1.1, I'm getting result_ntlm_not_supported when trying to use AnyDesk on a network that goes through a proxy.

        why does talktalk block AnyDesk? i have been experiencing same problem with my talktalk. time to change ISP

        I Live Chatted with TalkTalk yesterday and they confirmed that they do not block access to any sites. However after Chatting again with someone else this morning, they confirmed that the TalkTalk network *does* block access to AnyDesk and their website. So if you or your Remotes are using TalkTalk, seems like we're out of luck.

        I cannot connect to the AnyDesk network for more than 2 weeks now. No technical support at all. Two desktops and a laptop cannot connect. The laptop cannot connect from any other location, either (though the 'remote' computers can.) The error is usually win32_10060 but others, too.

        Do you have a problem with your server? I have been getting "Could not connect to the AnyDesk network" error message for a few days, and Anydesk.com times out in a number of web browsers.
