Direct ConnectionIn rare cases AnyDesk does not detect that the clients are in the same local area network and routes the traffic over our server. If AnyDesk suddenly feels slower than it should over a fast LAN connection, you can check whether it has a direct connection. This is indicated by the arrow monitor symbol in the status bar. If this symbol is not highlighted, but you are sure that there is a direct route, please try to reconnect and see if the problem disappears. If you cannot resolve the problem, please send us the trace files of AnyDesk of both LAN clients.
Hint: Installing AnyDesk greatly improves the chance of a direct connection.
