# Activity Logs

> [!NOTE]
> **License:** Ultimate-Cloud

Activity Logs provide visibility into changes made inside the [**organization’s**](/v1/docs/set-up-an-organization#accessing-your-organization)****[**Builds**](https://my.anydesk.com/v2/builds)**tab** **in**[**my.anydesk II**](http://my.anydesk.com/v2)**.** The feature records who performed an action, what was changed, and when it occurred.

---

### Who Can Access Activity Logs

Activity Logs are available only for organizations with an Ultimate Cloud license.

Access is restricted to the two built-in roles:

- Owner
- Admin

Users can only access Activity Logs when they are assigned one of the above built-in roles. Custom roles do not currently include this permission. If a user needs access, please assign them owner or admin role alongside their existing role.
