# Can the AnyDesk client run with administrator privileges?

Yes. AnyDesk can run with administrator privileges, allowing users to perform administrative tasks on remote devices when the necessary permissions are available.

To run AnyDesk as an administrator:

1. Right-click the AnyDesk application
2. Select **Run as administrator**
3. Confirm the User Account Control (UAC) prompt if required
