# How can I get AnyDesk installed on another person’s computer?

Ask the Remote User to download and install AnyDesk on their device. They can either run the portable version or complete a full installation, depending on their needs.

After installation:

1. Ask them to open AnyDesk.
2. Have them share their AnyDesk address with you.
3. Use the address to connect to their device and provide remote assistance.
