# How can I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact us via my.anydesk :

1. Sign in to your [my.anydesk II](http://my.anydesk.com/v2) account.
2. Go to **Help & Contact.**
3. Submit a support request including your **order or invoice number** and a refund request.

Alternatively, you can contact us via our [**Contact Us**](https://anydesk.com/en/contact-anydesk) page for purchase-related issues.

> 🚨 **IMPORTANT**
> 
> - Refund requests should be submitted **within 30 days of purchase.**
> - If your subscription is still in the **trial period**, make sure to cancel it in **my.anydesk II**by navigating to **License** > **Manage Subscription** > **End Subscription**.
> - Refunds are subject to our **refund policy and eligibility criteria.**
