# How do I resolve a “License expired” message?

The **License expired** message appears when the Client no longer has an active license, usually because the subscription was **not renewed** or the **trial ended**.

To fix it:

1. In the pop-up window, click **Reactivate License.**
2. Sign in to my.anydesk and open the **License** tab.
3. Click **Reactivate**, complete the renewal, then return to the AnyDesk client and click **Refresh**.
