# How does the AnyDesk licensing model work?

AnyDesk licenses are managed in my.anydesk and run on an **annual subscription**. For commercial use, only **outgoing clients that initiate connections** need to be licensed; incoming clients that only receive or reject sessions do not.

Plans mainly differ by **licensed users**, **simultaneous outgoing connections**, and **managed devices**, and the license is tied to your **AnyDesk account**, not to one specific device.
