How can I reset my license key?

If you believe your license key has been compromised, you can reset it through the my.anydesk II management console. A new key will be generated automatically, and your existing AnyDesk clients will continue to function without interruption.

You can reset the AnyDesk license key in the my.anydesk management portal. This way, if your license key was compromised, you can generate a new one.

To reset the license key:

  1. Sign in to my.anydesk II.

  2. Go to the License tab.

  3. In the License key field, click Reset.

What if I need longer sessions time on the free version?

You can restart your connection as many times as needed.

How many concurrent connections can I have?

Depending on the license, you can:

  • Free license: 1 active connection

  • Solo license: 1 active connection

  • Standard license: 1 active connection by default (additional connections available as add-ons)

  • Advanced license: 2 active connections by default (additional connections available as add-ons)

Why am I being redirected when trying to pay?

If you're being redirected to another page during payment, your credit card provider may be using 3D Secure to request a PIN or additional verification. This is a standard security feature.

In some cases, the transaction may be blocked if it's not recognized as a usual or trusted purchase. If you experience this, please contact your credit card provider directly for assistance.

How many devices can I use with my license?

Your license is linked to your AnyDesk account, not individual devices. The number of devices you can manage depends on your specific license plan. For more information, see: anydesk.com/en/order

Do my customers need a licensed version?

No, the end users do not need a licensed version if they only receive or reject connection requests. Only the AnyDesk clients (the applications) that initiate outgoing connections must be registered to a valid license key.

How many users can use a license?

Do you offer monthly subscriptions or payments?

No, AnyDesk licenses are only available as annual subscriptions with yearly billing. The full amount is charged upfront for one year of service.

What is the notice period for ending my contract?

AnyDesk licenses are based on an annual subscription model and renew automatically each year. To avoid renewal, you must cancel your contract at least 30 days before the license expiration date.
