# Why does my.anydesk II keep redirecting to my IDP login page?

If [my.anydesk II](https://my.anydesk.com/v2) continuously redirects to your [Identity Provider (IDP) login page](/v1/docs/sign-in-to-your-account#to-sign-in-without-sso-via-myanydesk), this is usually caused by a stored login request in your browser cache.

To resolve the issue:

1. **Clear your browser cache** Go to your browser settings and clear the cache. This removes saved login requests that may be causing the redirect loop.
2. **Force redirect to my.anydesk II** Open [my.anydesk II](https://my.anydesk.com/v2) directly in your browser. This should return you to the standard login page.
