# Status: Address book limit reached

#### **Error**

Address book limit reached

## **Cause**

This error occurs when the number of address books or address book entries exceeds the limit allowed by the current license. The table below shows the limits for each license tier:

- **Solo:** Up to 100 entries in the personal address book. No company address books.
- **Standard:** Unlimited address book entries. Up to 5 company address books.
- **Advanced:** Unlimited address book entries. Up to 15 company address books.

Additional company address books can be added through an optional addon.

To resolve the issue, contact the Sales team via the [**my.anydesk II**](https://anydesk.com/contact-anydesk/sales) portal to upgrade your license or purchase the addon.
