# Status: anynet_not_supported

## Cause

This error occurs when you are unable to sign in to your account in the AnyDesk client. This issue may prevent automatic license activation. In this case, you need to activate your license manually by entering the License Key.

## Solution

To activate your license manually, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to [my.anydesk II](https://my.anydesk.com/v2/) and navigate to the **License** tab.
2. In the **About** section, copy the license key.
3. Open the AnyDesk client.
4. In the upper-right corner, click **Settings** > **Change License Key...**
5. In the **Change License Key** section, paste the copied license key and click **Register License Key**.

A numeric or alphanumeric code that indicates a specific issue or status in the AnyDesk application during use.

A unique code used to activate your AnyDesk license and give you access to all the features included in it.
