# Why can only one person connect at a time if my license includes multiple users?

Because **user count** and **simultaneous outgoing connections** are different limits. For example, **Standard** supports **up to 20 users**, but it starts with only **1 connection**, so only one person can connect at a time unless additional concurrent connections are added.
