# Why haven’t I received my license information or license key after purchase?

If you cannot find the purchase email, sign in to my.anydesk and copy the key from the **License** tab.

If you cannot access the account, reset your **my.anydesk** password; If you don’t see the reset email, please check your junk or spam folder. If the issue continues, contact **AnyDesk Technical Support**.

A management portal where users can check their license and invoice information, view and manage AnyDesk clients linked to the account, find more detailed information about all sessions, and more.
