# Why is my license renewal not working?

Renewal may fail if there is **no payment method saved** or if there are **unpaid invoices** on the account. Renewal may fail if there is no payment method saved or if there are unpaid invoices on your account. To complete your renewal, please make sure you have added a preferred payment method and that all invoices have been paid.
