FAQ
AnyDesk is slow despite having a LAN connection
AnyDesk might not recognize a direct connection and the session will be established via the public AnyDesk network. Direct connections display a symbol in the toolbar. If it is disabled, please ensure that "Direct Connections" is enabled in "Settings" > "Connections". Afterward, please close the session and reconnect.
Please note that installing AnyDesk generally helps to improve the recognition of LAN sessions.
