Ask the Remote-Benutzer to download and install AnyDesk on their device. They can either run the portable version or complete a full installation, depending on their needs.
After installation:
Ask them to open AnyDesk.
Have them share their AnyDesk address with you.
Use the address to connect to their device and provide remote assistance.
