Why do I see a denied/forbidden cursor and can't control the remote device?

The denied or forbidden mouse cursor means you don’t have permission to interact with certain parts of the remote interface or application.

This may be due to system restrictions or limited permissions for AnyDesk on the remote device.

How to resolve it:

  • Install AnyDesk on the remote device or run it as an administrator.
