Why does my.anydesk II keep redirecting to my IDP login page?

If my.anydesk II continuously redirects to your Identity Provider (IDP) login page, this is usually caused by a stored login request in your browser cache.

To resolve the issue:

  1. Clear your browser cache
    Go to your browser settings and clear the cache. This removes saved login requests that may be causing the redirect loop.

  2. Force redirect to my.anydesk II
    Open my.anydesk II directly in your browser. This should return you to the standard login page.
