Why haven’t I received my license information or license key after purchase?

If you cannot find the purchase email, sign in to my.anydesk and copy the key from the License tab.

If you cannot access the account, reset your my.anydesk password; If you don’t see the reset email, please check your junk or spam folder. If the issue continues, contact AnyDesk Technical Support.
