I am not getting my password reset emails

If you’ve requested a password reset but haven’t received the email, try the following steps:

  1. Check your Spam or Junk folder. Automated emails like password resets are sometimes filtered out by email providers or security software.

  2. Wait a few minutes. Occasionally, there may be a short delay in email delivery.

  3. If the message doesn’t appear after a few minutes and isn’t in your Spam folder, please contact our Support team at support@anydesk.com.
