To request a refund, please contact us via my.anydesk :
Sign in to your my.anydesk II account.
Go to Help & Contact.
Submit a support request including your order or invoice number and a refund request.
Alternatively, you can contact us via our Contact Us page for purchase-related issues.
🚨 IMPORTANT
Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.
If your subscription is still in the trial period, make sure to cancel it in my.anydesk II by navigating to License > Manage Subscription > End Subscription.
