Sign in to your my.anydesk II account.
Go to Help & Contact.
Submit a support request and include your order or invoice number.
You can also contact us via our Contact Us page for purchase-related issues.

Refunds are subject to our refund policy and eligibility criteria.
If your subscription is still in the trial period, make sure to cancel it in my.anydesk II by navigating to License > Manage Subscription > End Subscription.
