How can I request a refund?

To request a refund, please contact us via my.anydesk :

  1. Sign in to your my.anydesk II account.

  2. Go to Help & Contact.

  3. Submit a support request including your order or invoice number and a refund request.

Alternatively, you can contact us via our Contact Us page for purchase-related issues.

🚨 IMPORTANT

  • Refund requests should be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

  • If your subscription is still in the trial period, make sure to cancel it in my.anydesk II by navigating to License > Manage Subscription > End Subscription.

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and eligibility criteria.
