How can I request a refund?

Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of purchase.

To request a refund through my.anydesk:

  1. Sign in to your my.anydesk II account.

  2. Go to Help & Contact.

  3. Submit a support request and include your order or invoice number.

You can also contact us via our Contact Us page for purchase-related issues.

🚨 IMPORTANT

  • Refunds are subject to our refund policy and eligibility criteria.

  • If your subscription is still in the trial period, make sure to cancel it in my.anydesk II by navigating to License > Manage Subscription > End Subscription.
