Your Customer ID is a unique identifier associated with your AnyDesk license. You may be asked to provide it when contacting Support or for license-related inquiries.
Find your Customer ID in the purchase email
After purchasing an AnyDesk license, you will receive a confirmation email containing your Customer ID. The email is sent to the address used during the purchase.
Find your Customer ID in my.anydesk II
You can also view your Customer ID in my.anydesk II:
Sign in to my.anydesk II.
Go to License.
Your Customer ID is displayed in the License section.
Can't find your Customer ID?
If you cannot locate your Customer ID in your purchase confirmation email or in my.anydesk II, please contact the AnyDesk Support team. To help us locate your license, include the email address used to purchase the license and, if available, your order or invoice number.
