Why am I receiving a “Session Limit Reached” or “Too many active sessions are visible” error?

This message appears when the maximum number of simultaneous sessions allowed by your license is already in use.

To resolve the issue:

  1. End any inactive sessions

  2. Wait for active sessions to close

  3. Upgrade your license if you need additional concurrent connections
