Some organizations route internet traffic through a proxy server for security or network management purposes. If your network requires a proxy server, you can configure it in AnyDesk as described below.
To configure a proxy server in AnyDesk:
Open AnyDesk and click the Menu icon (☰).
Go to Settings > Connection.

Click Unlock and scroll to HTTP-Proxy
Select one of the following options:
No proxy - Connect directly without using a proxy server.
Detect proxy - Automatically detect proxy settings using Proxy Auto-Config (PAC).
Manual proxy setup - Specify the proxy server address, port, and authentication details.
⚠️ The proxy server must support the CONNECT method and must not interfere with SSL/TLS traffic.
If using manual proxy setup, enter:
The proxy protocol (HTTP or SOCKS, if supported)
The server address
The port number
A username and password, if authentication is required
Save the changes.
The new proxy settings will be used for future connections.
