After you created an AnyDesk account, you can view your account details and activate Multi-Factor Authentication for your account.

To view your account details: 

  1. Sign in to my.anydesk II with your AnyDesk account credentials. 
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click your name and then select My profile
  3. On the opened page, you will be able to see the following information:
    • About - view your personal details, such as your name, email address, date of birth, status, and when joined. 
    • Roles - view all the roles that you are assigned to within my.anydesk II. 
    • Groups - view all the groups that you are a member of within my.anydesk II. 
    • Multi-Factor Authentication - view the status of MFA and manage it.

Activate MultiFactor Authentication

If you want to add another layer of security to your AnyDesk account, you can activate multi-factor authentication. As a result, when signing in to your account, you will have to provide your login, password, and an additional security code. 

❗  Before activating the multi-factor authentication, you should first download an authenticator app to your mobile device. The recommended apps are Google Authenticator or Authy.

To activate Multi-Factor Authentication: 

  1. Sign in to my.anydesk II with your AnyDesk account credentials. 
  2. In the upper-right corner of the page, click your name and then select My profile
  3. In the Multi-Factor Authentication section, click Edit
  4. Open the authenticator app on your mobile device, scan the QR code and do the following: 
    1. Specify the Device Name.
    2. Type the Code from authenticator app.

  5. Click Enable MFA
