FAQ
Connection Failed
Description
If you are trying to connect to iOS or iPadOS devices, you may encounter the Connection Failed error message.
This message is shown when AnyDesk client you are connecting with does not have an active license.
🚨 Remote connection to iOS or iPadOS devices is only possible from the licensed AnyDesk clients. For more information on how to activate the license, see Activate your license.
Solution
For all operating systems except iOS:
- Purchase the license if you do not have one.
- Activate it in your AnyDesk client.
- Connect to iOS/iPadOS device successfully.
For iOS:
Due to vendor limitations, remote connections between iOS devices are not possible at the moment. To connect to an iOS/iPadOS device, you must use the licensed AnyDesk client on another operating system.
