Status: desk_rt_auto_disconnect


This message appears when the device you are connecting to has auto-disconnect enabled. If there is no activity in the session (i.e., no actions are transmitted from the local to the remote device) for a duration longer than the auto-disconnect time set up on the target device, the session will automatically disconnect.

Potential solutions:

If you encounter this message while connected to a Windows device, you can either disable or extend the auto-disconnect duration on the device. You can access this setting by navigating to Settings > Security > Auto-Disconnect.
