Why do I experience limitations with Solo license?

 

AnyDesk SOLO is a single-user license for self-employed business professionals and IT specialists. It offers a basic feature set for Remote Work and Remote Support. 

With Solo license, you may have noticed that you’re no longer able to make more than one outgoing connection at a time. This is because our Solo license is limited to one outgoing connection as stated in our pricing page. Until recently, we were not enforcing limitations on the paid licenses, however we will be changing this moving forward.

We acknowledge that the issue has been caused due to an error in our wording, translations, and incorrect license information that was provided to you upon your subscription. We deeply regret the mistake and take full responsibility for it. 

We would like to sincerely apologize for any inconvenience or frustration that this may have caused. We understand that our customers rely on our products to meet their business needs, and we are committed to providing the highest level of service and support possible.

To resolve this issue, we have taken immediate action to revise the wording of licenses overview and the translations to provide clarity on what our licenses provide.
