Cause
This error occurs when you are unable to sign in to your account in the AnyDesk client. This issue may prevent automatic license activation. In this case, you need to activate your license manually by entering the License Key.
Solution
To activate your license manually, follow these steps:
- Sign in to my.anydesk II and navigate to the License tab.
- In the About section, copy the license key.
- Open the AnyDesk client.
- In the upper-right corner, click Settings > Change License Key...
- In the Change License Key section, paste the copied license key and click Register License Key.
