      私はもうAnyDeskを必要としません。更新をやめるにはどうすればいいですか？

      AnyDeskをもうお使いにならないと聞いてとても残念です！

      AnyDesk ライセンスの自動更新を停止したい場合は、管理コンソールmy.AnyDesk.comでオフにすることができます。 ライセンスの自動更新を無効にすると契約は解除されます。

      自動更新を無効にすると、現在のライセンスは有効期限まで有効になります。

      ❗ ライセンスの自動更新をオフにする (および契約をキャンセルする) ことができるのは、更新日の 31 日前までです。

      自動更新をオフにするには： 

      1. In your my.anydesk I or my.anydesk II account, go to the License tab. 
      2. In the License section, turn off the Auto-Renewal toggle. 
        auto-renewal in my.ad I cancel_autorenewal
        my.anydesk I my.anydesk II

      Your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your account will be switched to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
