You do not have to pay manually as it involves the automatic charging of your credit or debit card, or PayPal account in order for you to have access to the product for the next billing cycle.
Renew license subscription
You can renew your license subscription for another year in the my.anydesk management portal. After that, your license will automatically renew on a yearly basis.
💡 When you purchase the license through our online store, the AnyDesk license subscription is set to auto-renew annually by default.
Prerequisites
- To renew your license subscription, you need to provide your preferred payment method first. Learn how to add a preferred payment method.
- If you have unpaid invoices, you will not be able to renew subscription for another year. You will first need to pay all your open invoices. Once paid, subscription renewal can be enabled.
🚨 You can cancel the renewal of your license subscription up to 30 days before the expiration date.
If you don't cancel 30 days before the expiration date, your license will be automatically renewed for another year.
You will receive an email notification 30 days before your license expiration date.
Procedure
To renew your license subscription:
- Sign in to your my.anydesk I or my.anydesk II account:
- In my.anydesk I: Go to Settings, and on the General tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Renew Subscription.
- In my.anydesk II: Go to the License tab and in the Subscription section, click Renew Subscription.
- In my.anydesk I: Go to Settings, and on the General tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Renew Subscription.
- On the pop-up window, confirm by clicking Yes, renew subscription.
After that, your AnyDesk license subscription will be renewed for another year. Your card will be charged on the license expiration date and the license will be automatically renewed.
Cancel license subscription
When you purchase the license through our online store, the AnyDesk license subscription is set to auto-renew annually by default.
If you wish to stop the automatic renewal, you can cancel it in the my.anydesk management portal. By canceling the license subscription, your contract will end at the expiration date.
After you canceling, you can continue to use your license until it expires.
❗ You can only cancel your license subscription and contract up to 30 days before the expiration date.
To cancel your license subscription:
- Sign in to your my.anydesk I or my.anydesk II account:
- In my.anydesk I: Go to Settings, and on the General tab, scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Cancel Subscription.
- In my.anydesk II: Go to the License tab and in the Subscription section, click Cancel Subscription.
- On the pop-up window, confirm by clicking Yes, cancel subscription.
Your subscription will be canceled, and your account will switch to the free plan at the end of your license period.
