License auto-renewal

 

Available for users who have chosen credit card as their preferred payment method. 

Auto-Renewal is a billing process that automatically extends your subscription for another year before it expires. With automatic renewal, you do not have to pay manually as it involves the automatic charging of your credit or debit card in order for you to have access to the product for the next billing cycle.

❗  If you used an alternative payment method to buy a license and wish to manage the auto-renewal, submit this form to activate it.

 


Turn on Auto-Renewal 

The AnyDesk subscription is set to auto-renewal in the my.anydesk management console when you purchase it through our online store.

❗  If you have unpaid invoices, you will not be able to turn on auto-renewal. You will first need to pay all your open invoices. Once paid, automatic renewal can be enabled.

30 days prior to the current license expiration date, an auto-renewal notification for your license will be sent to your specified e-mail address.

  1. In your my.anydesk I account, go to the License tab. 
  2. In the License section, turn on the Auto-Renewal toggle.

  1. In your my.anydesk II account, go to the License tab. 
  2. In the License section, turn on the Auto-Renewal toggle.

Turn off Auto-Renewal 

If you wish to stop the automatic renewal of your license, you can turn it off in the my.anydesk management console. By deactivating license auto-renewal, your contract will be cancelled.

After you disable auto-renewal, the current license will be valid until its expiration date. 

❗  You can only turn off the license auto-renewal (and cancel the contract) 30 days prior to the license expiration date.

  2. In the License section, turn off the Auto-Renewal toggle.

Cancel a license subscription in my.anydesk II 

  1. In your my.anydesk II account, go to the License tab. 
  2. In the License section, turn off the Auto-Renewal toggle.

Your subscription will be automatically cancelled and your account will be switched to the free plan at the end of your billing period.
