Payment Notice in License Tab

AnyDesks' payment section is available on my.anydesk.com. All payments are handled from there.
Invoices are processed by Credit Card, PayPal or bank transfer. See MyAnyDesk_Portal

Note: Find your customer number on my.anydesk.com in the License tab or on your invoice.

Choose Payment Option


Credit Card

For payment by credit card, please login and open settings.
Select Automatic payment. Deposit credit card information.

The credit card will be charged automatically. The flex contract option is redcurrant and renews annually, the PnF option expires after the contract period and is non-recurrent.


PayPal

Select the "Invoices" tab and click the invoice displayed as due. Find the button to initiate the payment process via PayPal there.

The invoice tab in the portal lists all invoices with identifying invoice number, status, outstanding amount and link to process payment.

Next to my.anydesk.com you find information about your account like customer number and contract number in your Inbox.
