Pay your invoice
You can pay your invoice:
via our webshop
via a regular bank transfer
You can also contact our Sales team to assist you with purchasing the right license.
To pay your invoice via our webshop:
Sign in to my.anydesk II and navigate to the License tab.
Scroll down to Invoices, and click Pay next to the invoice you want to pay. You will then be redirected to our webshop.
On the webshop, select your preferred payment method.
Click Pay now.
To pay your invoice via a regular bank transfer:
Sign in to my.anydesk II and navigate to the License tab.
Scroll down to Invoices, and click
next to the invoice you want to pay.
In the footer of the invoice, you can find the bank transfer details and make a payment to our account.
Please note that it takes a couple of minutes until your invoice is shown as paid.

Where can I find my invoices?
You can access your invoices in the my.anydesk management portal. Simply go to the License tab and scroll down to the Invoices section.
If you have any questions about your payments, please contact our Billing department.
Why am I being redirected when trying to pay?
Your credit card provider may be redirecting you to another page for additional security verification, such as entering a PIN or completing 3D Secure authentication.
If the transaction fails, it may be because your provider flagged it as unusual or potentially unsafe. In this case, the payment is blocked. To resolve this, please contact your credit card provider directly.
