I want to use my.anydesk I but I don't have access, what should I do?


If you want to use my.anydesk I management portal to create custom clients and view the session history but you do not have the credentials to log in to it, you can request them. 

To reset your login credentials to my.anydesk I:

  1. Go to my.anydesk I and click Forgot your password?
  2. On the Reset password page, provide the email you used to purchase the AnyDesk license and click Reset
  3. Check your email Inbox or Spam folder and click the link provided. 
  4. On the opened page, provide your email, create a new password and confirm it once again. 

  5. Click Change.

After that, you will be able to log in to my.anydesk I with the new password.
