License Expired
Description
If your license has expired, you may encounter the License Expired message. This message appears when the AnyDesk client you are using does not have an active license.
Solution
To continue using AnyDesk, you can reactivate your expired license.
To reactivate the AnyDesk license:
- In the pop-up window, click Reactivate License.
- You will be redirected to my.anydesk.com.
- Log into your my.anydesk I or my.anydesk II account:
- In my.anydesk I: On the License tab, click Reactivate and follow the on-screen steps to renew your license.
- In my.anydesk II: Go to the License tab and click Re-Activate.
- In my.anydesk I: On the License tab, click Reactivate and follow the on-screen steps to renew your license.
- You will be redirected to our webshop, with your information pre-filled.
- Select the desired license you wish to purchase and proceed with your preferred payment method.
- After payment, return to the AnyDesk client and click Refresh in the pop-up window.
